Caroline fully understood that she wasn't the person that most people looked for when they were having a hard time. Even her best friends went to each other before they went to her. But she wanted to be that person, wanted to prove to people that there was more going on in her head than she sometimes acknowledged. She would be the person who stood by her friends when they were miserable, she would bring baked goods and hugs and promises to help hide the bodies.
